RETURNS POLICY

For any garments that have arrived faulty or defective due to production issues, please contact us at madthatpod@gmail.com with photographic evidence and we will aim to get your issue resolved as soon as possible or get you refunded. Proof of the defects is required for us to raise the issue with our manufacturer.

Due to our products being printed on demand and the fact we do not hold stock personally, we are unable to offer any refunds or returns for items where the wrong size has been ordered, or for any buyer's remorse.

Please refer to the size guides when possible, and read the description for any further sizing advice or to ensure you are happy with the details of the item.
